Psychedelic integration coaching

Integration is what matters most.

A psychedelic experience can open something.

Without integration, it fades.

I offer structured psychedelic integration coaching for individuals who want to translate insight into grounded, lasting change.

No hype. No mysticism.
Just real integration work.

What Integration Really Means

After a psychedelic experience, your system becomes more flexible. Emotional access deepens. Patterns become visible.

For a short period, change is more available.

But insight alone does not create transformation.

Integration is the disciplined process of:

  • making sense of what happened

  • identifying the pattern that was revealed

  • embodying the insight

  • translating it into behavior

  • repeating it until it stabilizes

Without integration, old structures quietly return.

With integration, insight becomes change.

How We Work

Each session is 60 minutes.
Focused. Grounded. Practical.

We combine:

⚡ Reflective Dialogue
🌀 Somatic Awareness
✍️ Journaling
🌬️ Breathwork
🎯 Accountability

We clarify what truly shifted in your experience.
We identify the pattern that was revealed.
We track how it lives in your body.
And we translate insight into concrete action.

That may mean:

  • initiating a conversation

  • setting a boundary

  • shifting a habit

  • making a decision

We define clear next steps, and follow up on them.

Integration is repetition.
Neuroplasticity strengthens what you practice.

3-Session Integration Process

Three 60-minute sessions —

€395 incl. VAT private clients,

€595 excl. VAT business clients

Recommended within the first weeks after your experience.

This format allows us to:

  • clarify insight

  • implement behavioral shifts

  • stabilize change

  • review and refine what is emerging

Integration is not a single conversation.
It is a short but intentional process.
