What Integration Really Means

After a psychedelic experience, your system becomes more flexible. Emotional access deepens. Patterns become visible.

Integration is the disciplined process of:

  • making sense of what happened

  • identifying the pattern that was revealed

  • embodying the insight

  • translating it into behavior

  • repeating it until it stabilizes
